Celebrating Windler’s First Home Builders

The new year is in full swing and we’re celebrating an exciting milestone: the first home builders have received their homesites in Windler and they’re already pouring foundations and building new homes!

Five esteemed builders – Tri Pointe Homes, KB Home, Brightland Homes, Century Communities and New Home Co. – make up the foundation of the inaugural homes at Windler. 

Four homebuilders – Tri Pointe Homes, KB Home, Brightland Homes, and New Home Co. – will be situated in the northeast corner of Windler in the Eastside neighborhood. This new neighborhood will feature its own charming pocket parks and provide residents with easy access to Discovery Park, the resort-style pool, and the intentionally-designed community center. 

On the other side of Windler, in the Homestead Neighborhood, is where you’ll find new homes by Century Communities along with 1881 Park that will be ripe with a host of activities and amenities.
