The idea behind the Welcome Wagon came from a simple but powerful belief: that community isn’t something you wait for — it’s something you create. It’s our way of connecting people to the heart of the community in unexpected, playful ways. And it was recently recognized for its awesome-ness when winning the Best Sales Office Award at the 2025 Denver MAME Awards.
Whether it’s parked at a Windler community event, near a model home, or popping up off-site around Aurora, the Welcome Wagon invites everyone to experience Windler in motion. It’s like a living expression of the place and its people.
Pure Windler Design
Step inside, and you’ll know exactly where you are. The Welcome Wagon is unmistakably Windler — bold, colorful, and brimming with personality. Inside, you’ll find cozy booth seating, interactive screens, and the community’s signature celebration of life here thanks to the remarkably creative and ingenious team at Ideations that helped bring the Windler Welcome Wagon to life.
Out back, the Welcome Wagon opens up to a refreshment bar where guests can grab a drink, snack, or just strike up a conversation. It’s part information hub, part hangout, and entirely Windler.
An Experience That Adapts
Each time the Welcome Wagon rolls up, it brings something new. At our Bark in the Park event in August 2025, there were water bowls and dog treats waiting for furry friends. At morning gatherings, coffee and pastries set the tone for a day full of conversation and discovery.
No matter the event, guests can enjoy branded swag, community info, and interactive experiences. From self-guided tours and fly-through videos that present the design and intention of this growing new home community in Aurora, to model home videos that show off the lifestyle of new homes at Windler – every stop feels fresh, fun, and meaningful.
