Getting Ready for a Year of Firsts in Windler

In 2025, anticipation is building for the growing Windler community. This new year will be a monumental year of firsts – milestones that mark the beginning of something extraordinary for future homeowners and families. If you’ve been dreaming of finding your place in a vibrant, evolving neighborhood, now is the time to get excited about Windler’s Series of Firsts!

The Firsts That Build a Community

Every great community begins with a foundation—literally. In 2025, the first home dig has already taken place in Windler, breaking ground on what will soon become cherished homes filled with laughter and memories. 

These initial steps will lead to the first foundations being poured and, shortly thereafter, the unveiling of Windler’s first model homes by our first five home builders.

The First Drive on New Roads

Infrastructure is the backbone of any thriving neighborhood, and Windler is paving the way. In 2025, residents and visitors will take their first drive on new streets like North Denali Boulevard, offering seamless access to and within the community. 

These roads will create physical connections among Windler’s many diverse areas and amenities, and also allow residents to move freely and easily among their community and what lies beyond. Along with new streets and roads are enhancements to roadways that were already here. Expanding avenues like 48th and 56th to accommodate new traffic patterns is one of them.  

The First Special Moments

Beyond the milestones of construction and development, the firsts in Windler extend into the experiences that make a house a home and a community a lifestyle. Imagine:

• Your first romp through a Windler park on a sunny spring afternoon.
• Your first bike ride along beautifully designed paths that wind through natural landscapes.
• Your first shooting star while stargazing in 1881 Park. 
• Your first game of fetch with your furry friend in the new neighborhood dog park. 
• Your first bracing jump in the blue pool followed by relaxing on a sun-drenched lounge chair.
• Your first pickleball match on the squeaky-new courts with neighbors-that-became-friends.

• Your first peaceful moment in the shade offered by nearly 200 trees along North Denali Boulevard.
